Thanks to Mark Cookson and Matt Farrer for their quick replies to this question about the link between GIGYF2 and PD. If others have thoughts (or data!) to further clarify this issue, I invite you to post here on PD Online. Along these lines, if the original Lautier et al group would like to post a response, that would be great!
