Bio:

Holli Kawadler joined the Michael J. Fox Foundation in February 2009 to make PD Online Research a success! She received her undergraduate degree in Biology with a concentration in neurobiology and behavior from Cornell University and her PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Dr. Kawadler completed her graduate work studying cell death pathways in the laboratory of Dr. Xiaolu Yang. Her dissertation explored the paradoxical roles of death proteins in growth signaling during immune responses, focusing on the regulation and function of caspases in T lymphocyte proliferation.
